All prices are CAD, plus 5% GST. These are fixed commitments for 12-week training programs, not cancel-anytime subscriptions. We’ll discuss the full price, inclusions, coaching times and applicable terms before you purchase. Start dates and TrainHeroic access are confirmed separately for program clients.

Assessment Only

$399 + GST, purchased once. Your 90-minute assessment includes time to discuss what we find. Within two business days, I’ll send your personalised guide outlining your priorities and recommended next steps. No ongoing program is required.

Independent Golf Program

3 payments of $300 + GST at weeks 0, 4 and 8: $900 + GST programming total. Or $900 + GST upfront, with no pay-in-full discount. The required in-person assessment is $399 + GST separately. Total commitment: $1,299 + GST. No assessment credit applies.

Coached Golf Program

4 payments of $599 + GST at weeks 0, 4, 8 and 12: $2,396 + GST total. Or $2,299 + GST paid in full. Assessment and personalised guide included.

Executive Golf Program

4 payments of $1,199 + GST at weeks 0, 4, 8 and 12: $4,796 + GST total. Or $4,499 + GST paid in full. Assessment and personalised guide included. The full coaching allocation and schedule are confirmed before purchase.

Clear payment dates

Independent: weeks 0, 4 and 8. Coached and Executive: weeks 0, 4, 8 and 12. These are fixed payment plans for the full program commitment. All prices are CAD, plus 5% GST.

The training calendar may extend around holidays; payment dates stay the same. Attendance and cancellation terms.

Already paid for your assessment?

Join Coached or Executive within 30 days and your $399 assessment fee is credited once, before GST, against the pay-in-full balance or first instalment. Your first payment may therefore be lower; the remaining instalments stay the same. Your assessment is not charged again. No assessment credit applies to Independent.

Coached: $1,900 + GST remaining when paying in full, or a first instalment of $200 + GST followed by three payments of $599 + GST.

Executive: $4,100 + GST remaining when paying in full, or a first instalment of $800 + GST followed by three payments of $1,199 + GST. Your earlier assessment payment counts towards the total.

Attendance and purchase terms

Coaching times and availability are discussed at your assessment before you decide. Group sessions follow fixed dates, with no makeups or rollovers; a missed workout can be completed independently. One-on-one appointments require at least 24 hours’ cancellation notice, otherwise the appointment is lost. If Sam cancels, a replacement is provided.
