HOW IT WORKS

Two phases.
One progression.

The program is structured in two phases. Phase 1 builds your foundation 1-on-1. Phase 2 transitions you into a small group setting where you continue training on your personal program — with a coach supervising every session.

Semi-private
integration

Small group training

You continue training on your own program but now in our semi-private setting, alongside a small group of other clients working on theirs. A coach is supervising every session, watching your form, adjusting your load, and progressing you.

The program isn’t for everyone who comes through an audit — and we’ll only recommend it if we believe it’s genuinely the right next step for you. It tends to be the right fit when:
