THE 90-MINUTE SESSION
Four phases.
One methodical pass.
Every audit follows the same structure. We listen first. We test your flexibility. We screen your movement. Then we walk you through what we found. Nothing rushed. Nothing skipped.
— Phase 01 —
We listen first.
First 15-20 minutes
Most appointments give you a couple minutes to explain everything. We give you twenty (sometimes longer). We want the full picture — and that takes time.
You’ll walk us through your history honestly and completely: injuries, surgeries, the work you do, how you sleep, the stress you carry, the training you’ve done, the goals you have. The context that rarely fits into a 30-minute appointment.
WHAT WE COVER
Full injury and surgical history
Current symptoms — when and how often
Daily occupational and lifestyle demands
Sleep, stress, recovery patterns
Training and movement history
What you want to be able to do
— Phase 02 —
We audit your flexibility.
Next 25-30 minutes
This is the systematic part. We don’t focus on the area that hurts — we methodically work through every major joint and muscle group in your body. Restrictions in one place quietly cause compensation in another.
By the end of this phase, we have a map of your body’s flexibility — including the limitations you didn’t know you had, and the ones that are likely contributing to the symptoms you do feel.
WHAT GETS ASSESSED
Ankle, knee, and hip mobility
Lumbar, thoracic, and cervical spine
Shoulder, elbow, and wrist range of motion
Soft tissue length and quality through key muscle groups
Bilateral comparison — left vs right
— Phase 03 —
We screen your movement.
Next 20-25 minutes
Flexibility tells us what your body can do at rest. Movement screening tells us how it actually behaves under load. Sometimes those are the same thing. More often they are not.
We work through seven foundational movement patterns that reveal how your body responds to real demand — not just isolated joint motion. This is where the compensations you’ve built over years tend to show themselves clearly for the first time.
THE SEVEN FOUNDATIONAL PATTERNS
Squat — full-body loaded mobility
Hinge — posterior chain control
Lunge — single-leg stability and asymmetry
Push — upper body horizontal pressing
Pull — upper body horizontal pulling
Carry — loaded postural integrity
Rotation — trunk and hip dissociation
— Phase 04 —
We connect the dots.
Last 15-20 minutes.
This is where the audit becomes useful. We sit down with you and walk you through everything we found — in plain language, with no jargon. What’s compensating. What’s likely driving symptoms you came in with. What’s quietly setting you up for problems later if it goes unaddressed.
By the end of the conversation, you understand your body in a way you probably never had before. You know what to pay attention to. You know which next steps actually matter. And you leave with clarity — not another generic exercise prescription.
WHAT GETS ASSESSED
Which restrictions are most likely driving your current symptoms
Which compensations your body is making and why they matter
What’s worth addressing first, and what can wait
The direction we’d recommend for the next 4-12 weeks of work
Whether further investigation by another practitioner is warranted
AFTER YOUR SESSION
Your written report.
The session is in-person and conversational — but you don't walk out trying to remember everything we said. Within 3–5 business days, you receive a detailed written report that captures the full audit on paper.
It's the deliverable physiotherapy almost never gives you. A document you can read again next week. Share with your health practitioner. Bring to your next appointment. Reference six months from now to track what's changed.
WHAT’S IN THE REPORT
Your audit findings
Flexibility and movement results, mapped joint by joint, with bilateral comparison and notes on what stood out.
The conversation we had
Key context from our intake — your history, your goals, the patterns that came up.
Our analysis
What we believe is driving your current symptoms, and which compensations are quietly setting you up for future ones.
Generalized direction
The areas of work we'd recommend prioritizing, in language any practitioner can read and work with.
Anything we flagged
Concerns worth bringing to your physio, doctor, or another practitioner — if relevant.
Delivered within 3-5 business days. Yours to keep.
You’ll leave with real answers — guaranteed.
If you don’t walk away with a clearer understanding of your body than any previous appointment has given you, we’ll refund your fee.
IF YOU SAW YOURSELF
Now you know
what’s inside.
