We listen first.

First 15-20 minutes

Most appointments give you a couple minutes to explain everything. We give you twenty (sometimes longer). We want the full picture — and that takes time.

You’ll walk us through your history honestly and completely: injuries, surgeries, the work you do, how you sleep, the stress you carry, the training you’ve done, the goals you have. The context that rarely fits into a 30-minute appointment.

Next 25-30 minutes

This is the systematic part. We don’t focus on the area that hurts — we methodically work through every major joint and muscle group in your body. Restrictions in one place quietly cause compensation in another.

By the end of this phase, we have a map of your body’s flexibility — including the limitations you didn’t know you had, and the ones that are likely contributing to the symptoms you do feel.

We screen your movement.

Next 20-25 minutes

Flexibility tells us what your body can do at rest. Movement screening tells us how it actually behaves under load. Sometimes those are the same thing. More often they are not.

We work through seven foundational movement patterns that reveal how your body responds to real demand — not just isolated joint motion. This is where the compensations you’ve built over years tend to show themselves clearly for the first time.

This is where the audit becomes useful. We sit down with you and walk you through everything we found — in plain language, with no jargon. What’s compensating. What’s likely driving symptoms you came in with. What’s quietly setting you up for problems later if it goes unaddressed.

By the end of the conversation, you understand your body in a way you probably never had before. You know what to pay attention to. You know which next steps actually matter. And you leave with clarity — not another generic exercise prescription.

The session is in-person and conversational — but you don't walk out trying to remember everything we said. Within 3–5 business days, you receive a detailed written report that captures the full audit on paper.
