FOR GOLFERS · VICTORIA, BC
You’ve had the lessons.
You’ve grooved the
swing path.
Something is still capping your distance.
Maybe you’ve plateaued on yardage. Maybe your consistency disappears the moment your back gets tight. Maybe lessons aren’t sticking the way they used to. It’s not your swing.
It’s what your body will and won’t let your swing do.
Closing the gap between your body and your swing

There’s more than one way to be here.
If any of these sound like you, you’re in the right place.
YOU’VE PLATEAUED — AND YOU CAN’T FIGURE OUT WHY
Your handicap hasn’t moved in two seasons. You’ve taken lessons. You’ve changed grips, drivers, stances. Something in your body is the bottleneck — and nobody has actually looked at it.
Lower back. Right hip. Lead shoulder. The pain is becoming a feature of your golf — not a bug. You’re managing it, but you know it’s only a matter of time before it forces a choice. You want answers before it gets to that.
YOU’RE HURTING AFTER ROUNDS
YOU WANT MORE DISTANCE — WITHOUT CHANGING YOUR SWING
You’re a decent player. You’d rather pick up 15-25 yards by unlocking what your body can already do than by chasing a new swing every six months. You want to find yards your mobility is leaving on the table.
YOU’RE GETTING BACK INTO IT
You took time away. Kids, work, and injury, life. You’re picking up the clubs again and the body that’s swinging them isn’t the same one you remembered. You want to come back without going backwards.
If any of these sound like you, this is where to start.

Your swing is built
on four hinges.
Every yard, every degree of consistency, every late-career swing change you’ve ever tried — all of it depends on whether your body can physically get into the positions your swing demands.
If your thoracic spine can’t rotate independently, your lumbar spine compensates. That’s where back pain comes from.
If your hips can’t separate, you lose ground force. That’s where distance disappears.
If your shoulders can’t internally rotate, your club face doesn’t square. That’s where consistency falls apart.
Most of your swing’s problems aren’t in your swing.
The four physical hinges of a good golf swing — thoracic mobility, hip separation, shoulder rotation, and ground force production — are the variables that limit what your body can do. When any of them is restricted, the rest of your swing compensates around it.
You can’t out-coach a restricted body.

Thoracic spine
The engine of rotation. The #1 reason golfers lose swing speed and develop back pain

Hip separation
The X-factor. The difference between a powerful coil and a body that turns as one block.

Shoulder rotation
Where the club path and face control either come together — or fall apart at impact.

Ground force

01 —
We listen first. Your handicap, your swing tendencies, your typical misses, the injuries that have shaped how you move, your goals. The context that rarely fits into a lesson.
02 —
We test your flexibility. Every joint that matters to a golf swing — thoracic spine, hips, shoulders, ankles — methodically. We find the restrictions that are quietly capping your performance.
03 —
We screen your movement. Seven foundational patterns that reveal how your body responds to load and rotation — the same demands a swing places on you, in slow motion.
04 —
Then we connect it to your swing. We walk you through what we found, what it likely means for your ball flight and consistency, and what to do next.
No range time. No swing video.
Just your body, mapped honestly.

Before you book
-
No. This audit happens in our studio, not on a range. We assess the movement patterns that drive your swing without needing to see you hit a ball. If you have a recent swing video you’d like to bring as a reference, that would be most helpful — but it isn’t required.
-
Not at all. Your coach works on your swing — that's their job, and they're brilliant at it. We work on the body that swings it. The audit usually makes your coach's job easier: many of our clients share their report with their coach, who finally has a physical map of what their student can and can't actually do. Use both, for different jobs.
-
Yes. This is actually where the audit produces some of its strongest results. Mobility restrictions that haven't caused pain yet are often the exact limitations capping swing speed and distance. We find them, map them, and give you a clear plan to address them.
-
A TPI screen is a great starting point, and we incorporate similar principles. Our audit goes further — adding a full-body flexibility analysis, lifestyle and history intake, and a movement screen on top of the golf-specific work. You also walk away with a detailed written report, not just a verbal debrief.
-
If you decide you want ongoing coaching, we'll talk through our Hybrid Coaching Program in person at the end of your audit. It starts with 1-on-1 sessions to address what we identified, then integrates you into our semi-private setting where you train on a personal program with a coach always in the room. We never sell the program online — only in person, after we've seen how your body actually moves.
The yards your body has been holding back.
You can keep refining the swing. Or you can find out what your body has been keeping from it.
Spots are limited — we keep our caseload intentionally small.
