Most people end up in the middle.

Fitness studios are great at keeping healthy people healthy — and fit people fit. Physios, chiropractors, and RMTs are excellent at treating injury and addressing pain.
Both do their jobs well.

But there's a group of people in the middle of those two worlds. People stuck in a cycle of continuous rehabilitation. People living with ongoing pain that holds them back from the things they love. People who aren’t acutely injured anymore — but who can’t quite walk into a gym and train like they used to.

That’s the gap we work in.
