Frequently Asked Questions

What is Bridge MVMT Co. and what do you specialize in?

We’re a movement coaching and personal training studio in Victoria, BC. We help active individuals build strength, recover from pain, and move with confidence—especially those dealing with recurring injuries or nagging discomfort.

Do you work with people who are currently in pain or recovering from injury?

Yes, absolutely. Many of our clients come to us with back pain, shoulder pain, hip discomfort, or previous injuries. We create long-term movement solutions to reduce pain and build lasting resilience.

What services do you offer?

We offer 1-on-1 coaching, full movement assessments, strength programs, and rehab-informed training. We also collaborate with local physiotherapists and healthcare providers to support your care.

What is a movement assessment and why is it important?

It’s a deep dive into how you move. We assess your joint function, mobility, control, and strength so we can address the *why* behind your pain or performance challenges—and build a plan from there.

How often should I train at Bridge MVMT Co.?

Most of our clients train 2–3 times per week. We’ll help you choose a frequency that aligns with your schedule, goals, and lifestyle.

Where are you located?

We’re located in Victoria, BC, and are easily accessible from Langford and surrounding areas. 515 Chatham Street, Victoria, BC V8T 1E1

Do you offer online or hybrid coaching?

Yes! If you're outside Victoria or have a busy schedule, we offer remote and hybrid programs to keep you consistent from anywhere.

What if I get sick or injured and can't make a session?

We understand life happens. If you need to miss a session, we’ll reschedule it, or roll it over to the end of your program. If you get injured, we’ll adjust the plan and keep moving safely.

How do payments and commitments work?

We work in 3-9 month blocks. Payments can be made monthly or biweekly—interest-free. We value consistency, but also flexibility.

I’ve tried physio or chiro before—how is this different?

We focus on root-cause movement solutions. Instead of treating symptoms temporarily, we teach your body to move better, stabilize properly, and build strength so problems don’t keep returning.

How do I get started?

Book a free discovery call to talk through your goals. From there, we’ll set up your movement assessment and customize a training plan built just for you.
